The Women’s Ministry of First Baptist Church ministers to women of all ages within our church and into our community. The Women’s Ministry offers seasonal events, yearly retreats, weekly Bible studies and much more to meet the needs of today’s busy women. Our Women’s Ministry is involved with the following mission projects:

• Christian Women’s Job Corp – The purpose of the Christian Women’s Job Corp is to provide a Christian context in which women in need are equipped for life and employment; and a missions context in which women help women through mentoring, Bible study, assessments, networking, and training.
• Hope Resource Center – Hope is a multi-faceted Christian ministry addressing the issues of sexual purity and health, unplanned pregnancy, and post-abortion stress through their departments of education, volunteer initiatives, center services, and medical. • Habitat for Humanity – Our women have participated in their yearly women’s build here in Loudon County.
