Scripture is clear on the subject: all Christians are called to be active witnesses of their faith to those they encounter. As a church it is our task that all members of First Baptist Church Lenoir City be equipped and encouraged to share that faith.

We are seeking to fulfill that task by equipping FBCLC members in evangelism in ways that make use of personal interests, personalities, abilities, and gifts. Opportunities for evangelism include personal visitation, drama, service, acts of random kindness, and mission trip involvement.

A number of equipping events are held throughout the year at FBCLC in order to equip and encourage Christians to share their faith including conferences, seminars, classes and evangelistic fellowships.

GROW

GROW (God Rewards Our Witness) is an evangelism ministry built around five main points:

1. The principle of sowing and reaping
2. Involving every member in evangelism
3. The truth that outreach is fun
4. Quality time is often greater than quantity time
5. Reaching out is a matter of divine appointment
