Rev. Jeff Bowden was called to be Discipleship Pastor in July of 2004. Prior to coming to our church, he served churches in Florida, Texas, and North Carolina. After graduating from Lenoir City High School, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Carson-Newman College. He earned his Master of Religious Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. Pastor Jeff has also served in numerous denominational positions, including Associational Sunday School Director, Regional Sunday School Director, State Sunday School Planning Team Leader, and Conference Leader on Associational and State levels for Lifeway Christian Resources. Pastor Jeff and his wife, Terri, have two children: Michael and Joshua.
